In April 2024, Alba International School’s middle school classes traveled to the beautiful English land of Cornwall accompanied by Professors Mark, Simone, Irene and Jamila.
The trip lasted about a week, during which the students deepened and practiced the English language on site, while also visiting the surrounding area: the ruins of Stonehenge and King Arthur’s Tintagel Castle, the very curious biomes of the Eden Project, the interesting Shipwreck Museum with many original Titanic artifacts.
There wasn’t even a good dose of physical activity missing! The boys also took on a challenging trek from Lizard Point (the southernmost point in England) to Kynance Cove, a strenuous climbing session and an adrenaline-filled Adventure Park.
One student, Giorgio, says: “Our trip was a great time, I loved Cornwall! We did a lot of really fun activities, but my favorite ones were The Shipwreck Museum and the Eden Project!”.
Student Ettore adds: “We really want to thank our teachers and our school for this opportunity: it was an experience that we will never forget!”.
